Retirement Security Ltd's latest development - Margaret Court, recently became a winner in this year's Built in Quality Awards, given and hosted by Stratford-on-Avon District Council.
The aim of the awards is to objectively identify builders and developers who have achieved the very highest standards in building construction across the full range of building sectors, illustrating good quality construction and innovative use of building technology.
Margaret Court won the "Major Public Buildings" category from a list of 2500 entries across the district; it was described by the independent judges as being "a project of uncompromising quality that provides excellent sheletered apartments. The development uses innovative and creative design to provide a great combination of community and private spaces."
