Buying a PropertyPart Exchange
Part exchange is a quick and easy way to sell your property, enabling you to buy the apartment or bungalow of your choice without having to sell your property via an estate agent and involving a chain of purchasers.
The companies who deal with our part exchange enquiries are called ARC Property Group and PXS. At your request they will contact you to arrange a convenient time for two local Estate Agents to attend and value your property. The Estate Agents submit their report to ARC and PXS who will then usually make an offer.
