Plymouth Court is the only Court which consists entirely of bungalows, set in extensive landscaped grounds. The Court was built in two phases, opening with 39 bungalows in 1985, with a further 13 being added in 1988.

The Court is in an established residential area close to the town of Redditch. There are a few local shops within five minutes walk, including a general grocery, newsagent and butcher. There is also a good bus service to Redditch town Centre, less than a mile away, where there is an extensive range of shopping facilities including a new covered shopping mall with mobility services for disabled people.

A visiting chiropodist calls to Owners as required and a visiting hairdresser can also be arranged.
