Tiddington Court was the very first 'Court' to be built, in 1984. It comprises 30 apartments and 8 original bungalows plus a further 4 brand new, two bedroom bungalows completed in 2006. A new conservatory overlooks the landscaped grounds.

The Court is situated in the small village of Tiddington, less than two miles from Stratford upon Avon. There are local shops in the village and the local bus stops outside the Court. The excellent shopping facilities and attractions of Stratford upon Avon, Shakespeare's birthplace and home of the RSC are easily accessible by bus, car or taxi.

Tiddington Court has an active social programme with many events arranged for Owners who wish to be involved, including visits to events and places of interest, and outings in the delightful surrounding countryside.
