Life with us is about options. All our Courts curate their own unique social schedules – a monthly collection of events and social activities for you to participate in. Green-fingered Owners can get involved with the communal gardens or just relax in the beautiful spaces. Owners enjoy having the freedom to come and go as they please and know that there will always be familiar faces and a social buzz to return to. The Court is an extension of your home, and we want you to make the most of what is on offer!

Moving & Settling In

We understand that it’s a mixture of emotions and a big step into a new chapter – that’s why we are here to help!

The Duty Manager will be there to welcome you to your new home and show you around the Court. To help ease you in, Retirement Security will double the first week’s housekeeping and provide 3 hours of handyman services at no extra cost. And don’t worry about cooking for your first week: if your Court has an Owner’s Dining Room, please enjoy up to seven freshly prepared meals on us.

Buildings Insurance: Peace of mind for structural issues (Owners are only responsible for their own possessions).

Fire Alarm & Emergency Systems: Full fire safety systems and emergency pull cords in every room and across the Court, all constantly connected to on-site staff.

24-Hour
On-Site Staff

Housekeeping: Weekly 1.5 hour cleaning of your home and cleaning of all communal areas.

Duty Managers: Available on-site 24/7 for support, emergencies, and day-to-day management of the Court.

Court Manager: Oversees all functions of the Court.

Court &
Cleanliness

Heating, Lighting and Water: Always available within our communal areas.

External Window Cleaning: Keeps your environment fresh and bright.

Ongoing Maintenance: Any internal or external maintenance required in all shared spaces.

Essential
Infrastructure & Services

Lift Maintenance: Regular servicing and rapid response in the event of issues/emergencies.

Office Administration: Includes training, contracted services, printing, and the running of the on-site office.

Professional Oversight &
Financial Security

Retirement Security Ltd: Expert support in HR, Administration, Property, Finance, Owner Wellbeing and Compliance.

Quarterly Accounting and Audits: Transparent and reliable financial planning.

Court Surveyor: Regular property checks to ensure high standards are always met.

Fund for Future Maintenance (FFM): A proactive reserve to avoid unexpected costs down the line

There is also a fee charged when you resell your property, known as a Transfer Premium. This is no more than 3% of your resale value. Retirement Security are devoted to supporting you in the resale of your property and will not charge you additional fees for our marketing and sales services.
