Services (Area) Manager – £35,000 + £4,000 car allowance, pension and office car parking.

Retirement Security Ltd is the market leader in the development and management of Very Sheltered Housing for purchase. Currently managing over 1600 dwellings in 30 developments (Courts) throughout England and Wales, we are looking to recruit a member of our Services Manager Team to assist in the supervision of existing management arrangements and to help promote and develop the concept of Very Sheltered Housing.

This is a full-time position, with extensive travel required. It is necessary that the successful candidate will live within 30 minutes commute time of the Head Office in Stratford-upon-Avon.

This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial, lateral thinker who has proven management and supervisory experience. An understanding of older people is necessary; therefore a background in Social Care or previous experience working with older people is essential.

This role is extremely diverse, including involvement in areas such as, property re-sales, budget preparation, HR matters, property maintenance, welfare benefits, Company Secretary responsibilities and would therefore suit someone with exceptional communication (oral and written), time management, reporting and presentation skills, a people person and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
