The view from the window is into the well-maintained gardens. The room is heated with a GCH radiator, and there is also an electric two-bar fire in the lounge. Access to the kitchen is via the lounge.
KITCHEN: 8’0″ x 10’8″ (2.45m x 3.25m) The kitchen is a classic Minster Court design. BEDROOM 2: 8’7″ x 10’6″ (2.62m x 3.20m) Not as big as the main bedroom but will still fit a double bed and furnishings. Would also suit as an office. The room is heated with a GCH radiator.
BATHROOM: 8’0″ x 8’0″ (2.45m x2.45m) The bathroom is as per the original fitting and consists of a bath, a W.C. a bidet and a wash basin. This is a large room with handrails for support. The walls are tiled and there is a GCH radiator in the bathroom. There is also an extractor fan in the ceiling.
