BEDROOM TWO: 8’7″ x 10’5″ (2.62m x 3.19m) Though this is the second bedroom, it is still very spacious and can easily accommodate a double bed and furniture. Some Owners have turned the second bedroom into an office. This room benefits from a GCH radiator. As with the main bedroom, the window faces north onto thr walkway.
BATHROOM: 8’0″ x 8’1″ (2.45m x 2.47m) A very spacious room with tiled walls; there is a bath, W.C., and washbasin. There is no window in the bathroom, but there is an extraction fan to help prevent condensation. The bathroom is also heated by a GCH radiator.
Minster Court is a gated community; the gates are closed between 7pm and 7am, though Owners and their families have 24-hour access. The apartment is situated on the first floor of a 3-level construction, access is via a security door, so only authorised people have access to apartments not on the ground floor. The apartment has recently been redecorated to a good standard but would benefit from having some new carpets. All windows are double glazed, and the soundproofing is excellent. The apartment has a B rating for energy performance, helping to keep utility bills as low as possible. All rooms have emergency pull cords and there are staff present 24 hours a day, every day. There are well maintained, comfortable communal areas for Owners to meet and have a chat over a cup of tea or coffee. Lunch is available in the spacious dining room every day at a reasonable price, should you decide you didn’t want to cook one day. Tray delivery to an apartment is also available for a small charge. The Court benefits from a laundry and there is ample free parking on site.
